The people at the MetroPCS store were no help. They don't know anything about APN settings. They did say there might be a glitch since it was being used with Verizon before. Maybe it's the sim card? I need metroPCS' APN settings.

I bought it on Ebay, so I have no idea if the person who was using the on Verizion was getting 4g/4gLTE. Should I just go to my local MetroPCS store and tell them if I can get 3g, 4g, or 4gLTE?

It was originally factory unlocked, but it was being used with Verizon Wireless before I bought it.
