Wow, I haven't fixed this and HTC's Contact Us this is not working or something

you know, I thought it had to do with the number. It wasn't exactly as displayed in the call (because of country codes stored on my Contact List and such). But nope, it didn't worked.

Yeah, the contacts are in both my Phone and my Mails Contact List. Maybe I should just go ahead and contact HTC

Pardon me, I did not get what you meant. I checked one contact, and I don't understand. There are this entries: Name Suffix, Given Name, Middle Name, Family Name. My contacts have Given and Family names, so I get that's correct, aye? BUT, I created a random contact just to be sure, and tis not...

The Contacts App (People) works just fine. Contacts appear normally and with their respective numbers and emails. This is quite weird

Ever after Lollipop came out, with each Update my Battery Life decreases astoundingly. 2 days ago there was a new Update. Like, it's ridiculous. I have to Reset it to fix this. Anybody else has this problem?, how can I fix it?, I don't want to be resetting this thing with each Update.
