Hi, Most video apps on android don't recognise an external mic. Try using the app "Open Camera" and go to settings -> video setting -> audio source and choose "External mic (if present)". Worked for me! Read more at: Record video with a USB mic on Android - BakingBabies Good luck! Joseph
