    Neither took place prior to this issue that I am aware of.

    I soft reset the phone. I entered into safe mode. Still the message keeps popping up and the phone re starts after about 35 seconds. Details: Note 5, about one year old. Perfect condition other then this issue. T-Mobile carrier...if that matters. Please help!!

    Good afternoon, I tried the soft reset and entering safe mood but my phone keeps showing the message and after about 40 seconds the phone restarts on its own. Please help:( I have a note 5 on T-Mobile network
