dont know if you sorted this or not yet but i have a usb/ipod/AUX cd player in my car.. and i also have a s3 it was easy to be honest i plugged the aux cable into my phone and cd player and just played music like normal and the aux cable treats the cars speakers like headphones sorted :) hope...
