T-mobile is at least handling it the right way, I feel bad for them with what they are having to deal with and the problem they have with the launch. Good customer service.

Luckily, I ordered a Neo Hybrid case for my S7 Edge the day before they took the cases down from Amazon. Hopefully nothing is wrong with the case when I get it.

I have come to accept the back order from T-Mobile, but as long as I get what I was promised in return (VR and Netflix). If I don't then this was really poor planning and I will be majorly upset a bit more than I would. I had a tough decision from going with the S7 Edge or go with another...
And here I am having to wait until the 18th-21st for it to be even shipped. Don't think my little LG G2 can make it past this week with how old and beat up it is.
Pre-ordered my S7 Edge on the 9th from T-Mobile and still nothing but being processed.
Any ideas how long its going to take to get anywhere. Should have done it earlier it seems before all these 'problems'.
