Are all of you that have the update done so by manual updates with flashing etc? I've tried all the ways to prompt me for it and nothing yet.

I thought so too, but in a response I received today from a Samsung rep they said they are different. I told them how I already have factory reset the phone, but they insisted I tried "hard resetting" the phone. Below are the instructions they gave me:

By factory reset do you mean the one when you access the Bootloader?

Hold down the WiFi quick setting and you will connect to the last on you connected to in that location.

Do any of you guys have Google Services taking up the majority of your phone? I'm running stock 4.2.2 no rom. I have stopped ALL Play Store notifications, auto updates, contact sync... pretty much everything you can. Here's a screenshot:
