Yes stillthe same. And btw, after putting back the battery and pressing the said buttons it only shows the "SAMSUNG GALAXY GRAND NEO" and a tiny red exclamation point at the top left corner, i was pressing the buttons for too long then it goes black screen and then shows only the same again...

cant upload a photo. its literally just a red exclamation point at the top left corner and a stuck logo i turn off the phone of course by removing the battery then put it again and do the said process

btw, any idea what does that red exclamation means ? dont know how to but already searched some related articles. says need a pc unfortunately dont have any
