    Verizon Galaxy S8 White bar on the bottom of my screen when on lock screen

    A similar issue happened to my Pixel 2. The navigation bar buttons would be on when charging and the screen was all black. This solution also fixed it.

    Yep. It definitely works sticking a knife in the port and moving the small "tongue" away from the bottom. It have to be a kinfe so it can be inserted into that small space. You won't have to apply much force in it. Just a small pressure will be enough to make it.
