re: AT&T Return Trade-In Thread. I haven't even received an email about it, at all. I indicated I was doing a trade in when I added the phone to my cart, but beyond that I haven't seen anything regarding the trade in at all.

re: AT&T Return Trade-In Thread. I reached out to AT&T regarding the trade in, and they asked if I had the RMA label from the new phone. I said no and they sent me a new one. So that apparently is the correct procedure.

I have yet to have any issues with the FPS and stock screen protector. It could be a tad faster, but it's not too bad. I got the update as soon as I turned on the phone.

Clear plastic bags. I thought it seemed a little messy, I had seen some other unboxing videos where they had done a much better job with presentation.

Just got mine about 30 minutes ago. Had some issues with activation but Verizon got it taken care of pretty quick.

Best Buy does this every year. They do it with iPhones and Pixels or whatever major launch they have going. They always blame the manufacturer. Its not the manufacturer, its Best Buy selling as many phones as possible regardless of how many they will have available.

Best Buy does this every major phone launch, regardless of brand. This years iPhone Xs Max pre-order was just as much of a debacle as this one appears to be. My local Best Buy told me one year they have no idea how many phones they will get on launch day, the online ordering system makes a guess...

Patiently awaiting Fedex to show up with mine today. I've been Apple for years but this phone really caught my attention. It could be the one that finally gets me to switch (that and Apple doing dumb crap)
