The way things stand now I'd take the Note 4( recent buyer of a Note 4). Now if something really big happened with only 64 bit Android, then I'd go for the Note 5.

IMO, the S6 was a technology demonstrator for DDR4 and the new files system and Exynos SOC, and Samsung didn't want anything to slow it down.
