I recently rooted and unlocked my Nexus along with flashing CW recovery with a little trouble. Somehow JB was stuck in the boot animation so I had to flash an older ICS ROM. This ROM works fine. Now the OTA JB update will not install. Even after unrooting and locking the bootloader again...
