I got the same as well. Here's the problem. My carrier is not tmb. I had a friend purchase the phone and send it up to Ontario. Kinda can't get a replacement. Would a update work if it's ever released?

I've never turned my phone off until I got my N2... You don't fully get a deep cycle charge unless you turn off your phone. As well for the N2 users...It only takes a full 2 hours for a 100% battery. Just mho.

There are different settings under display you can switch and it should make a difference.
