    Thanks for the info! What I was wondering was if your computer is able to recognize the phone... Can you see the phone and folders in your file explorer on your computer when plugged in via usb cable?

    I too am having this issue. It is the phone, not cord or charger as i can plug my wifes exact phone in and hers will fast charge. Anyone find a fix for this yet?
