Hey! I'm not sure what you are seeing, but feel free to email iSyncr@jrtstudio.com for official iSyncr support! -Justin

Sync my N4 to my iTunes on a Mac (playlists etc.)

Hmmm. Keeping the screen on is certainly a new one to me. If the screen goes off, MTP should remain active. However, if the screen is off when you plug the device in, that is a different matter. Just to be sure, I just tested letting my screen turn off (as a developer I usually have the screen...

    Syncing iTunes

Hello all! Thanks for the support winmod21 and for the email bronsonelliott. :-) Just a quick note that I believe I have this issue all wrapped up. Just updating iSyncr Desktop at iSyncr should fix this issue up. If you use both a Mac and a gingerbread Android device, be sure to update the...

Sync my N4 to my iTunes on a Mac (playlists etc.)

I have a Nexus 4 and a Mac and syncing works great. I just plug in my phone and iSyncr starts up. I then select some playlists, artists, albums, whatever and press sync. What seems to be the issue you are seeing? Do you have Android File Transfer or other MTP software installed? I'd love to...

    iSyncr

I've used iSyncr with my Mac. But I wrote the app! In the Play Store, you can read all the reviews iSyncr for Mac has if you want more thoughts. :-)...

    Syncing iTunes

That is a pretty bad bug in the software! I've gotten a few scattered reports of this with version 4.0.5 of iSyncr, but haven't been able to reproduce it in the lab (my home office) yet. If you wouldn't mind, can you email me? I'd love to crush this bug and update the Android app. My email...

    Isyncr to ext sd?

The system tray in Windows is the area at the bottom right. Just next to the clock. (A google image search for "Windows System Tray" will clear it up pretty quickly. :-) ) In that area, you should have an "S" icon for iSyncr that you can right click and select your internal memory or SD card...

    Isyncr to ext sd?

It is a little different from PC to Mac, On a PC, when you right click on the 'S' in the system tray, you should see "Phone" and "Card" as options to sync to. On a Mac, you'll only see 'Unknown Device' when you left click the 'S' and when you click on that it'll prompt you if you'd like...

    Isyncr to ext sd?

Thanks BarbecueGamer! I'm working to make this process easier in a future version of the iSyncr desktop server. For now, you do have to go right click on the iSyncr icon in Windows. Email me at Justin@jrtstudio.com if you want to test out the updated server. I hope to make something this...

    Synchronizing the SG3 with itunes

This isn't accurate anymore. iSyncr supports syncing by playlist/artist/album/genre/podcast over USB with our desktop software. So if you only want to select a couple of artists without making a new playlist, you can certainly do that. Further, I've worked really hard so that iSyncr does...

Best way to sync iTunes on Nexus/ICS?

The Galaxy Nexus just takes longer to sync then other devices (maybe Google will improve its MTP support in an update). It *should* complete the operation with enough patient. We will be updating iSyncr to enlarge the timer when syncing so that you don't get this error message all the time...

Best way to sync iTunes on Nexus/ICS?

Hi All, Let me try and clear up some things about iSyncr. iSyncr does do incremental syncs over both USB and WiFi. If you are seeing something different, that is certainly a bug (or a misconfiguration) and should be reported. At this time, there are no open issues with incremental syncs...
