When you had both, was the Mimic about the same thinness as the Essential Zero?

I got mine from Best Buy to pick up a week ago today when I bought it to ship to store on Black Friday (4 XL 128 GB in black).

Curious if anyone has gotten them myself. I have the 1st gen Pixel Buds and the USB-C version, but wonder if the sound is any better.

I'm often at a coffee shop, soccer facility, music studio, or dance studio after hours (y'know, kids' activities), so I take them along to tune out while I'm working. I don't want them banging about in my messenger bag, so want to look for another solution. At work, I have a cheap set of earbuds...

Seems better to me now IMO than in the past. I think we (not just you, me to a certain degree) tend to overscrutinize our Nexus/Pixel experiences over the average consumer. My wife complains that updates on her Samsung (which have been few and far between for her) ruins her experience. I'm on...

Since there's no sub-forum for the Google Pixel Earbuds USB-C headphones, I figure I'd pose this question here. :) Anyone that has these headphones, do you put it in a case when not in use? If so, can you post up what you use to keep them protected?

Makes sense. Maybe it's a good thing I didn't get that transferred over, my father-in-law was on a "I need to vent about something..." almost daily that week. :p

Re: Pixel 4 XL Dbrand case Here's mine: Pixel 2 XL naked and with case (Spigen). Pixel 4 XL with a case. I'd love to liven up the plain black on the P4XL, sooooooo, hand one of them skins to me! :D Bonus: I did skin my Pixelbook with dbrand a year ago or so. :)

I did have a hiccup when I switched phones. I had backed up Google One on the old phone just before the switch. For some reason, images and text from my WhatsApp conversations with my family overseas is missing about a week's worth. Everything else went over OK, so it's odd.

I've been using my clear case while I wait for the dbrand skin to arrive. Based on the comments I've gotten, I can still get wireless charging with both dbrand and case (mine is a thin TPU) on at the same time.
