Open settings: accounts>Samsung>deactivate Samsung keyboard sync. Return to settings: Applications>manage applications>Samsung keyboard>clear data... (Do not reactive Samsung keyboard sync) This should, at least for now, solve the issue until Samsung removes this feature.

Well, I waited until the last minute now I'm kicking myself in the ***. The note 4 Developer edition has been taken down off Samsungs website for some time, now I have no clue where or even if I can track one down. If anyone has any info as to where I can track down one please let me know.
