I need exchange services and use TouchDown Exchange. I keep trying other programs and always end moving back to TouchDown.

Took mine back to Best Buy and they replaced it with a new one without question. The manager there said he has seen this several times ... not epidemic, but has seen it to the point as soon as I showed them, immediately got me a knew one. FWIW, my experience with BB has been first class.

I use Touchdown for work Exchange and Mailwise for my personal Gmail account.

Both of those items work fine when using Touchdown. I do not use the "what's up" feature but just tested it and it told me there was an email notification from Touchdown.

Mine started doing this a month or so ago as well. I do not recall if an update came and caused it, but it definitely worked fine until about or so ago. Now unusable for me. I cannot even get it to turn off manually, I have to restart the phone to get it off sleep mode.

No case here. I have dropped it several time over the 6 months I have had it and just have a couple scuffs on the bevel.

I have had issues as well. I suspect my issue had to do with the sleep mode of Motorola Assist. My sleep mode seems to get "stuck" and will not come out of sleep mode even when the timeframe has passed. You cannot even dismiss it through the notification area. Nothing happens when you try...

Same exact situation for me. I restart the phone and all is good for a day or two. I can actually feel the heat against my leg in my pocket.

I have a 2013 Q5 and have the same issue although in my case, I do not believe my system will sync any of the contacts (I have exchange sync and not gmail). I have tried even manually importing them and it gets to about 100 contacts and aborts.

I have similar issues with GPS on the G3. It takes forever to lock and is basically useless when navigating in the car.

I have the same issue with GPS unable to consistently lock. Even after it locks, it will lose the lock and show me miles away. Very frustrating My Dinc2 never had an issue in the same exact areas ... nor does my wife's iPhone 4S.
