Sorry I missed Didy's post (why am I not getting notifications on new posts?) thanks yes, that worked, not swiping though (the call screen is in the way) but the home button takes me to the lock screen and from there I can unlock and carry on the call normally

Yes, that's how I have it configured and like a said earlier, the pop-up only works when the phone is unlocked. When the phone is locked the call screen is full.

Yes, my 5 accts are listed i already checked them all for contacts sync although I only use one of them as the contacts source. Its odd because any of the hundreds of email client apps will get you a link to contacts. I have the feeling that it relies on its ActiveSync ability but it's not...
