It's not false advertising, it's puffery and it's perfectly legal. Did it ever occur to anyone that perhaps it's not a huge conspiracy against the Rezound. Maybe, just maybe, there have been issues in testing and bugs that Verizon found unacceptable to release to their customers. You always...
