    They won"t I have already contacted them. They said that since I no longer have an account that they have no access either. I just want to know if there is anybody out there that can help me????

    How can I retrieve my photos from Verizon cloud if I no longer have an account?

    I do not have a Verizon account anymore and I had all my pictures and other things stored on the Verizon cloud. I am not able to sign into the cloud so i am unable to get any of my saved stuff back. My phone I had was the Samsung Galaxy 5.
