For no reason my tablet came on with "safe mode" enabled. The notice reads - if you tap this you will disable safe mode then your tablet will restart and you will have all your applications. However when I tap it, the tablet restarts in safe mode again - over and over again.

i cannot see my videos once i connect my phone to my laptop when i want to take videos off my phone and store on my laptop.
