I tried to sideload it but I think I did something wrong

I'm using USB 2.0 I think. It doesnt let me check off 'usb-otg', it just turns the font blue and the horizontal column its in light grey when I select it instead. Also, the HTC One doesnt have an sd card slot at all, its just a 32gb internal storage. So now Im kind of stumped :(

I chose 'Mount', then selected partitions 'cache', 'data', and 'system, then selected 'storage:internal storage' and then 'ok', but it didnt work. Then I noticed this pop up on my pc :/

My HTC Drivers are installed now, I downloaded it while my phone was on 'fastboot' in the white menu screen. Im assuming I flash into recovery and go into TWRP now, what exactly do I have to mount? My PC makes the 'connection found' sound when I plug my HTC in, but it isnt visible on my PC

UPDATE: I connected the phone while it was on 'fastboot' (white menu thingy) and this popped up! Yay! Now what do I do?

Where on TWRP do I check to see what HTC drivers I have installed? I flash recovered into TWRP and hit 'Install' and didnt see a folder for HTC drivers
