Same problem with my Mate 9 for last two days, hope somebody finds a fix, I'm baffled

I had doubts about getting a tablet but, after nearly 2 years with a Nexus 7 2012, I would now never be without one. The N7 was getting slow and I wanted a slightly bigger screen. Didn't want to wait for the N9 or pay £400. Got a gpas 8.3 nearly two months ago and am very happy with it...
