No, I don't see it there because I didn't put it there. I did put some other sound files there though and I do see them. The other sound files that I did put there are not visible to apps in secure folder either. However apps outside of secure folder can see them.

Thank you. I need a little more explanation, please... :-) The file is inside a folder accessed by a file manager when inside secure folder. How do I "save each tone to whatever app notification" I chose. The apps inside secure folder still do not see the file...?

Thank you. That's what I had done. I used the Samsung File manager inside Secure Folder to move the file from the Downloads folder to the Notifications folder. The file is there. (It is definitely a different Notifications folder than when you use the File manager outside Secure folder...
