My computer does not recognize the phone so it won't work

So I tried to install a cyanogenmod ROM on my M7 and now it is stuck in the booloop. I think I wiped everything including the recovery. When I try to do ADB sideload it says "error: device not found". I read a lot in the forums and tried their methods but none seem to work. HELP!
