Actually the phone has both GSM and CDMA. There's an option for it in the settings . But it's greyed out so I can't access it. I believe the HTC ones are one of the only phones with both CDMA and GSM capabilities

So i've been trying to solve this issue and finally came to a dead end. I have att and this phone is sprint. i already purchased an unlock code. i tried to contact sprint but they said since i dont have an account with them they cant help me. even though my phone clearly says to contact sprint...
