Installed tonight. Haven't had the chance to see how the battery is performing. Could just be the placebo effect, but it does seem a bit "snappier". Will venture out and give the GPS a run...mine seemed to take a long time to lock while on stock 211. Hope this fixes that.

I don't know what the acronym stands for, but it's the tests that Motorola conducts before they release a ROM or update "into the wild". If you go to their forums and sign up for the "Feedback Network" you can participate. Just signing up isn't a guarantee, and they do make you agree to an NDA...
