The story just keeps getting better. I finally get info from Samsung that something shipped last night so I check fedex and sure enough there's 2 boxes 5lbs each (guessing immersive bundles) and later a 3rd box was added at 3lbs (guessing phones) all shipped priority overnight guaranteed by...

Last update for the night. Samsung site actually shows 2 gear bundles shipped but no phones however fedex tracking now shows 3 total packages, 2- 5 pounders from earlier and a 3lb that was added within the last hour or so hopefully this means I'll have everything in hand by 10:30 tomorrow but...

Both of mine have same dimensions I also ordered the $99 bundle for both phones think we might be getting just the vr and have to wait some more for the rest, guess I'll know by 10:30 tomorrow

FINALLY, 2 packages showing on fedex tracking both only 5lbs each so somethings off because others have been reporting 7lbs. Still haven't received any contact from Samsung or fedex and you be sure I'm going to be all over them for my $50 credit

So the first contact I get from Samsung since the order confirmation on 3/31 is an email wanting me to rate the support that I received concerning my email that I sent earlier are you kidding me they haven't even responded to the dam email yet

FedEx truck has driven by twice and it's making me crazy. I ordered on the 31st and I'm only 250 miles from indy ( if that's where mine is coming from) the fact that others ordered weeks later and already have theirs is a big d**k punch

Ordered a $40 samsung water filter from amazon and I get notifications every step of the way and it arrives with no issues, ordered $1800 worth of tech directly from samsung weeks in advance and it's a complete cluster. Makes no sense

Just noticed it seems everyone posting shipping notifications that they are all coming from fedex, has anyone received one that actually came from Samsung?
