The big knock on Nexus phones is how cheaply there finished, the photo leaks on the Nexus 5 looks like a very cheap built quality vs HTC One higher built quality and great looks. I might still buy a Nexus 5 at $450 cause that's pretty cheap for a phone with those specs.

Their cell phone speakers not home theater speakers, their great speakers for what they are but if your listening at max levels then distortion will happen with any small or even large speakers, distortion happens with $10,000 floor standing speakers when listening at a certain loudness.

If you want an Android with great built quality than it still worth it, nothing else on Android platform that can match the HTC One and specs are overrated... Its a cell phone.

How do you get new music?

Is there a iTunes app for Android? I didn't think Amazon has a music store in Canada? That would be great! I buy music from my phone I rarely.... Never use my computer anymore so if I understand right I have to buy and download it on my computer then it'll upload to the HTC One? That's a pain...

I believe if you sign up to iTunes Match and upload them to iCloud then delete it and re download it it will remove the DRM when downloading from iCloud.

ffejjj, Thanks for that app info, it looks awesome and would be the perfect solution if it's not a drain on the battery, I think I might be able to get use to where the home button is, it's just kinda out of the way or just learn to use it with my left hand hahah

I'm pretty sure there is some kinda sensor under the HTC logo and 4.2+ software update gives the option to use the htc logo as the menu button?
