I'm having issues with Gmail, Hangouts, Google Play, Drive etc. I reset my phone already but didn't do much. Maybe it made it worse now. Anyone else having this issue ? Posted via the Android Central App

I keep having issues loading some apps. For example sometimes I have to restart my phone to load up apps. I also have an issue where Gmail won't refresh without a restart. I also have a problem with installing apps. It says 'installing " but it stays at that option until you clear the play...
