    Yes, I've seen the article prior when doing some research. There is no guest option in settings or in my notification bar. Once again I am using a Huawei Mate 20 Lite.

    Context being that the person who set up the phone prior to my use didn't know how to fix it. I have tried factory resets, but the menu is always saying 'Software not downloaded properly.'
