Hi, thanks for replying. Yes I'm downloading and installing the Apps from Play Store and Easy mode is disabled.

Sorry but I'm new to all this so please bare with me. I'm from United Kingdom and recently got myself a Samsung S4 but from Hong Kong (sent over to UK). I've tried to update the phone but it doesn't seem to want to due to different reasons. I've searched the web and not really found any answers...
