    My phone has been remotely tapped and i cannot remove the program!!

    If the phone is rooted install 3c tools then go to app management and freez it, or force uninstall. It is impossible not to uninstall it. Factory reset if that does not work.

    Keep Google Maps Open?

    Go into battery option and select battery saver. I think there is the problem.
