don't know if it was turned on or not but since i couldn't find an answer on line i ended up doing a factory hard reset but i can say for sure that no settings were played with before it happened it just started doing it on its own.. -

getting strange scrolling writing on the screen, started on its own a little while ago and cant find out whats its doing and why it is doing it HELP!!!!!!
