I should clarify. I can download apps using mobile data but wifi does not work to download. Makes know sense. My wifi connection works because i can surf the internet with my phone. Unbelievable.

This update stinks. First there was the battery drain and google maps updating itself every 5 minutes. Now i can't download and install anything from google play!!

Go to settings. Then go to call. Scroll down .....you'll see hac option for the hearing impaired...uncheck box to disable.....the ear icon in the notification bar will vanish.:-)

It's generally been fine using WiFi...not as good quality for phone service....I've had calls dropped a few times...also some problems hearing the other person.

Your fingers might be the problem....if you sweat or have oily wet hands you can't move on screen. solution...wash and dry your hands. I guess too, there is the possibility there is a strange finish issue with your phone...maybe a defect.

My phone was charging normally for the first few weeks. It's only been for the last 4-5 days. I've tried charging with the power off, etc....doesn't matter.

When I charge my phone, the LED notification light stays red and never turns to green. According the the GSAM battery app i have installed, the phone gets stuck at 99 percent, i can't get 100 percent and green light! What is going on here? I have no major apps running in background....wifi/data...
