    "Unfortunately, Contacts has stopped" when clicking Phone icon

    Backup your data in samsung KIES or elsewhere depending on what you want to keep and do a factory Data reset. App --> Settings > Accounts TAB ---> Backup and reset ---> Reset phone. Seems like the only way.
