I am looking at:
Razer Blade Pro (1060 FHD version)
Razer Blade (14")
MacBook Pro (15" newest version)
Dell XPS 15 (newest version)
Surface Book 2
And lastly, the Pixelbook (16GB RAM version). Had a Chromebook Pixel LS and it was awesome. Sold it for more than I paid for it, 1.5 years after...
I think that's good advice.
Plus I have had a $350 Best Buy gift card burning a hole in my pocket for months now to apply to whatever laptop I decide on.
I just bought a new case for my OG Pixel and am going to cancel my pre-order now, pretending the new case will be a new phone... i'll also...
I have not cancelled, but am seriously considering it.
$1,145 and change for Panda XL2 128GB with 2-year protection. I think at this point, I keep my OG Pixel XL and put that other money towards a laptop to replace my aging iMac desktop from 2011.
I am really, really trying to justify the XL2...
I always use Tech21, but I am not a fan of the EVO Check cases after having it on my XL.
I'll jump ship if they only make the EVO Mesh/Check case (already on their website). I want the tactical - that thing is boss.
I am in your exact, same, boat.
Feverishly ordered.
Saw $99 deductible after the fact.
Expert/Priority useless.
Haven't damaged a phone.
Leaning towards cancelling.
But I didn't think about my credit cards and what the cover.

I've installed Inbox alongside Gmail and it seems improved after one day, although my personal phone wasn't on me much today. Will need more testing. I can deal with the double notifications.
I have tried everything but resetting the phone to factory conditions.
So far I have tried:
-Disable Gmail (uninstall) with reinstall
-Removing Gmail accounts and re-adding them
-Allowing Unrestricted data usage
-Notify for every message is enabled
-Clear Gmail app data and cache
-Reboot phone...
What case are you using?
With my case, the volume buttons are far clicker than the power button.
With the case removed, the volume buttons are only marginally clicker than the power button.
My HTC10 was not experiencing this issue, but its hard to compare because it wasn't yet on Android N.
But, interestingly enough I just did a couple of more checks and my Gmail through a browser is also receiving a delay (approximately 90-180 seconds) before receiving the email despite...
Yeah, my Gmail's don't load for hours at a time throughout the entirety of the day.
Here is my thread on it: http://forums.androidcentral.com/google-pixel-pixel-xl/743521-email-push-sync-issue.html
I've tried so many things..
Was loving it, but now I've got app issues I didn't used to have, email Push Sync issues, wifi and Bluetooth issues and a myriad of other problems. At some point I'll need a new unit, but it's a hassle.
