This is exactly what I did. I also removed the root just for the fun of it. I thought I flushed 120 bucks down the toilet. Wow.

I really have no idea, man. I guess because I didn't care because I have a new phone? I feel like a dumbass. But I just got it to boot properly. PHEW!

So I'm getting ready to sell my Optimus V. I wanted it to be stock. I already had AOSP's 2.3.4 CM7 mod on there. I erased my sdcard and then flashed the stock recovery.........BEFORE going back to stock first! How can I fix this? I'm stuck at the recovery menu in the stock recovery...
