I also want to know the answer to this question for the Z3. The OP has asked the speed of the internal microSD card controller not what the type of classes of microSD cards are. It's no point buying UHS-3 card if the onboard controller maxes out at 10mb/s. Does anyone know? Thanks.

I had to backup up all my remaining data and do a wipe/reset and then the HTC Backup I made months ago finally worked.

Ok well seems like I still should have access to the HTC restore function just not the backup function with Android 6.0. Does anyone know how to help me restore from the back up? Thanks

Ok just found out HTC Backup isn't supported with Android 6.0 :/ Ok so with that option off the table.. Is there any way at all that I can get my contact list back?
