I'm still getting texts and emails. 2nd notice. Final notice. Good lawrd enough already!! I turned in my note7 with the first recall and went with the s7e and never got the replacement note when they were released. anybody else still getting threatening emails to power it off and trade it...

I traded my bad note in like a good little customer 2 weeks ago for a s7e and love it. told myself I would just stay with the 7e but I can't stay away from this thread, I loved my note. I think I want my note back. Lol

Loved my note7 too, first one I've had. I'm staying with this s7e it's snappy fast and just feels good. I won't miss the spen since I really never used one (that's what I based my decision on) I probably will trade to a note on the next model. I just don't want to fight the mobs of people...

I am under the impression that the time frame is in the hands of Samsung and it doesn't matter if the 2nd part of the swap is later than the 30th. The original deal will still be valid. U get a new note7, the accessory u got for your loaner (25.00 credit) will be exchanged for another 25.00...

They did, but that was before the notice from Samsung to shut em down. I just wanted to be done with the whole mess so I went to Canton the next morning. So I don't know what you can expect.

Are u Verizon? They removed Samsung cloud so u would be forced to use Verizon cloud. I don't have the Samsung option either

Wow. Rude for sure... especially from a manager ..Friday Wooster basically told me to keep the note. It would be fine. Not to worry.. I do wanna say the 25$ was credited to my account toward the purchase of a case.

I've made the same decision...the note was fantastic, but im keeping my s7e love it.

Settings>advanced calling>turn on advanced and video calling. Check ur settings ...mine works different phones but same carrier

I got mine credited to my account before I left the store...I am still amazed we were in the same store and the difference in our transactions. Right hand doesn't know what the left hand's doing..craziness. I did go to the Canton store from the Wooster store cause it was a cluster of nobody...
