Hi New to Samsung - former crackberry user. Have got the "N" notification but can't do an OTA as keep getting the 'you're in the queue' msg but i'm impatient! How do i download with kies? Had a look but Kies says it's "firmware" - terrified of trying this and it wipes my phone - any advice please?
