I use a wireless charger but I found that my phone gets really warm. I have a thin samsung flip cover on the phone and it charges just fine with it on. When I charge the phone "normal" the phone doesn't get hot, only on the wireless charger.

Thank you so much, B.Diddy for your help! As for the phone getting hot, yes, I believe it's the wireless charging that made it hot. I now use the normal charging method and the phone stays cool. Thank you with the help on cloud, I'm finally getting the idea! Lol I may not need to factory reset...

On the phone app the voicemail is on the bottom left when you open the app to make a call. The little envelope icon is the voicemail. Don't know if that is what you we're asking about.

I have a flip case for my S6 edge and it works perfectly through my wireless charger! No problems.
