I have had this problem for about a week and I solved it today. I have an app named Ccleaner on my PC so I put the same app on my Galaxy S5. I ran Ccleaner plus I removed the last app that was installed on my phone named Oldify. I don't know if Ccleaner solved the problem or removing the app...
