I've tried that now it does this. Tottaly odd because settings are shown both in the backed up and not backed up list and it's only backed up apps made by Samsung. It's totally bizzare

If I unslect everything apart from videos and images it gives me this message and it I unplug and plug back in and back up again with only videos and images selected it gives me the same message again in a loop

no i dont have the international version. I'll try those steps on a pc and report back with pictures

well I haven't been rude it's just that I've told you several times now. Once it's backed up ill check that folder and report back

Like I've said about 8 times now - it doesn't back up those items that's the problem and of course I've already check the back up

After it's done it shows exactly the same warnings shown in the screenshot and doesn't back up photos, videos and apps. Could it be that I have an app installed hiding them? What apps would do that? Or could it be that smart switch doesn't support the latest android version yet?

It doesn't actually give an error. If I proceed with the backup it goes as usual and then at the end shows what's backed up but gives the same warning messages

Sorry I thought I'd said it doesn't back them up even though I don't have them hidden I'm that's the problem
