    Flashing custom ROMs questions

Yes, for almost all the other LG features and apps (with the exception of the camera app, IR remote app, and the notebook app), that is most certainly true.

    Flashing custom ROMs questions

I want to correct something from your post. Every ROM for the G2, regardless of whether it's stock or AOSP, will have Knock On since that's built into the firmware, not the ROM. However, Knock Off will only work with an add on.

Disappointed there's no Wireless Charging for the AT&T version of the G2

LG announced that they would releasing a wireless charging case for the G2, but so far they're only planning on a European release, and there's no guarantee that it'll come out in the US. Some people have tried to mod their G2s to add wireless charging capability, but it's a hack job at best...

    Carrier Name on Lock Screen

The Xposed module G2 Xposed has a setting where you can remove that, along with several other annoying notifications.

    Someone regretting ?

I've had the G2 for about 6 days now (came from a Note 2). Absolutely zero regrets, this phone is excellent! I've been tinkering with it nonstop (I've probably flashed between stock and AOSP ROMs at least a half dozen times since I got it). I was thinking about getting the Note 3, but I am so...

    Charging the LG G2

The only time you should be worried about a charger harming a device is if it's rated for a much higher amperage than your device was designed for. Fortunately, the LG G2 can handle up to 2 amps, so it'll charge just fine on pretty much every charger out there, including tablet chargers...

What are the first things to do after getting G2

That sucks. I was worried about the OTA being applied, hence why I rooted and installed a recovery as soon as I turned it on. I really, really hate out-of-the-box ROMs with their nasty bloatware and inability to customize to the extent that I want.

What are the first things to do after getting G2

First thing I did was root and install TWRP (ridiculously easy btw, took me like 2 minutes). Then I started tinkering with various ROMs. I didn't even give the stock ROM a try, not worth manually removing bloatware and worrying about Carrier IQ when I could just install a debloated stock ROM.

Google Edition camera app w/ Photosphere - easy install, no root needed

Works great on my Galaxy Note 2 running Liquid Smooth. I just had to use Titanium Backup to uninstall the old version and this new version installed just fine. I'm really liking the photosphere feature. Sent from my Galaxy Note 2 using Tapatalk 4

Does rooting T-mobile S4 and installing stock Android equal the Google S4?

Well, since the Google Edition version of the S4 is not yet available, it's hard to say whether you would be able to flash the ROM from that phone onto yours and get an identical experience, or like what gollum18 stated, it'll end up just being something that ROM developers will be able to use...

    not happy - at all

If you need to use it as a productivity tool, then you need productivity apps. Get yourself a file browser app to interact with your files (two good choices are Solid Explorer and ES File Explorer). As for the keypad issue, if you had spent about a half second looking at the screen instead of...

    Best keyboard.

I've tried both Swiftkey and Swype and to be honest I much rather prefer Swype. I would suggest giving both a try and going with the one that suits you better. Posted via Android Central App

Verizon's Galaxy S4 will have 14.5 GB of free space out the box?

I'm skeptical. Sounds more like what you said, that 14.5GB is the formatted amount available. If I had to venture a guess, particularly given Verizon's love affair with bloatware, not to mention the plethora of Samsung apps, the Verizon version of the S4 will have probably the same amount of...

    just bought my GN2!

I rooted my Galaxy Note 2 literally within an hour of getting my hands on it. I really hate Touchwiz, so I tried out a variety of custom ROMs before finally settling on LiquidSmooth. The only thing I really sacrifice are the S Pen apps, but there are plenty of alternatives in the Play Store...
