It's a built-in feature that the phone goes dark when it's next to your head (or thumb is over sensor). This is to save battery life I suppose. It frustrates the hell out of me too! I tried mylock phone tools, it doesn't keep my phone screen on either, but it does give "touch button"...

When I get a Gmail message with a picture attached, I can't see it via the Droid's Gmail app. But if I use the Dolphin browser to access my Gmail, the picture shows up fine. What's up with that? also, I can't find any way to save a picture I've received via Gmail. Anyone know how?
