After upgrading my SG4 to Jelly Bean 4.3 my mobile data has been disabled? Mobile data is switched on yet I'm unable to use data. I'm able to text and receive calls just fine. Can anyone help me with this issue?

Thanks for the help, but I've done both of those things, also wiped the dalvik cache, and it is still giving me the installing update.. installation aborted error. I've made sure that the miui rom is for my specific S4, and the pacman rom was also for my S4. Why is it still giving me this error...
