My Samsung phone was having a blue/green tint to every photo. To fix this problem I opened the camera setting as if I was going to take a pic. Then hit mode on the bottom left screen. I changed settings there from Auto to Pro. In Pro you can adjust lighting. The new settings aren't exact either...
