I'm having this issue, but it isn't the same. The image for my friends' numbers all show up FINE. It's just the image for my sent messages that's disappeared and I can't find a fix or forum based on this ANYWHERE and it's really starting to bug me.

Re: Kies will not recognize my Galaxy S3 I have tried to make an attempt at this process repeatedly, but every time I ask Kies to troubleshoot connection problems, the whole thing crashes and shuts down. I can't get any further than pressing the troubleshoot button.
